Additionally, representing a surety company against a general contractor, Heather successfully obtained a multi-million dollar judgement, and completed the most comprehensive collection proceedings in Johnson County history. She is a frequent speaker for numerous associations, including The Builder’s Association, where she has provided presentations on a variety of topics from mechanic’s liens, building LEED-certified projects and also on suretyship.

I am a native of the Kansas City area and have been active in civic affairs for decades serving in numerous capacities on Boards and Task Forces as. an appointed memeber..
