Katherine (“Katy”) Bozzo is a civil litigation attorney with Johnson Graffe Keay Moniz & Wick, LLP. Brennen’s experience covers a broad range of legal matters including professional and commercial liability, consumer protection law, employment law, class actions, personal injury, and more. His practice includes a special emphasis on health care litigation at the trial court level, in administrative matters and proceedings, and as a member of the firm’s appellate group. Brennen began his legal career defending Pierce County in civil litigation while working for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office during law school. Prior to entering private practice in 2018, Brennen clerked for U.S. District Judge Benjamin H. Settle in the Western District of Washington for two years. He lives in Port Orchard, Washington with his wife Alexandra and their two children.
