I enjoy helping people handle their legal matters affordably. My entire career has been focused on offering low flat fees to people for divorce, legal separation, annulment and other family law matters. Often people come to us after having tried to handle their legal matters on their own and are lost. We amend petitions when needed and complete the process when we are able to do so. In addition, I have been practicing Probate law for over 40 years. In this area, I advise clients about the distribution of assets that may be needed when a family member has passed. When a Probate is needed, I explain the process in the court and guide the client with regard to the decisions that have to be made.. Aside from the law, I have always been interested in sports, especially basketball and tennis. I played Division I basketball for the University of Rhode Island. Later I took up tennis and helped coach my son who played number 1 at Columbia and played professional tennis for several years around the globe.. I also enjoy reading historical non-fiction and have completed books on John Adams, Roosevelt/Taft and Napoleon.. I work with my wife Brenda who handles the marketing for my law firm.
