EXPERIENCE.  I have been a litigation attorney for more than 24 years.  I am an excellent lawyer who has extensive civil litigation experience in various areas.  My experience includes contract law, business and commercial disputes, personal injury, products liability, and employment law.  I have successfully represented clients in federal and state courts in California, in business litigation matters involving fiduciary duties, trade secrets, and other business torts; contract disputes in a wide range of industries, including insurance, advertising, securities, commercial real estate, aviation, construction, food & beverage, and websites; personal injury and wrongful death cases involving asbestos-containing products (toxic tort); and serious accidents involving aircraft, trucks, buses, automobiles, seat belts, construction equipment, industrial machinery, and other products.  I have also represented businesses and individuals in employment cases.  I give back to my community through my pro bono representation of indigent clients..
