Jon L. Phelps is an Arizona native and was raised in the Phoenix area. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. While in law school, Jon was a four time Pedrick Scholar and was a Production Editor for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Based upon his academic performance in law school, he became a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor society recognizing law students at select law schools who graduate in the top 10 percent of the class.. After graduation from law school, an article he wrote was published in Jurimetrics.
