We provide personal service in an impersonal world. I care and I am not afraid to tell it like it is. I will take the time to get it right. Your life is too important for me to take any claim lightly.. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on marketing from BYU in 2003. I received my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 where I graduated Magna Cume Laude. I am licensed and am in good standing to practice law in Florida and Arizona, although my Florida license is currently on inactive status. In since I began practicing law in 2008, I have assisted over two-thousand clients in either Social Security Disability claims or personal injury claims.. On a personal note, I have been married since 2000 and I have 4 adopted children and a dog named buddy. I love to be outdoors backpacking, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and anything else to get me moving. I constantly seek to learn new things. I love games, especially strategy games, which is one reason I enjoy the law. If I had not become a lawyer, I would have chosen a profession that involved working with my hands building things or repairing things. I am driven to fix problems and create solutions to make lives better, a trait that has resulted in many satisfied clients.
At Hallinan & Killpack Law Firm, we have successfully represented hundreds of people in Social Security Disability, SSI, and personal injury claims. We pride ourselves in providing personal service in an impersonal world.. I graduated magna cum laude from University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2011. In law school, I was an executive note editor on Arizona Law Review, served as president of the law school chapter of the ACLU of Arizona, and participated in the law school’s Child and Family Law Clinic. After graduation, I moved to Eugene, Oregon, and was licensed to practice law in Oregon in October 2011. I spent three months as a temporary staff attorney for the ACLU of Oregon, then opened a boutique practice representing employees in employment discrimination cases. I returned to Tucson in 2013 and became licensed to practice law in Arizona in 2014. I spent two years as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Stephen C. Villarreal in Pima County Superior Court. I joined Hallinan & Killpack Law Firm in April 2016.
