Caroline Shaffer is a Texas native, who prior to attending law school had worked as a paralegal in the Dallas area for three (3) years. She graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December of 2016. While attending the University of Tulsa, she was heavily engaged in moot court where she placed in multiple events and competed on the trial team. Shaffer received the prestigious award for The Order of Barristers. Shaffer also held multiple officer positions in various student organization including the Student Bar Association, Federalist Society, and TU Outlaws. During her time in law school, she had interned as a law clerk and gained experience in various areas of litigation including appellate work in both the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit. Shaffer also spent a semester working in the Community Advocacy Clinic serving clients of the Tulsa community who otherwise could not afford legal services, which included fighting for permanent protective orders on behalf of victims.. In her short time of being an attorney, Caroline was recognized by the Association of American Trial Lawyers for her excellence in Personal Injury Law with the 2018 award for Top 40 Under 40. Attorney Kristin D. Straily earned her J.D. cum laude in 2011 from the University of Tulsa.  She received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  She served as Combat Medic in the United States Army.. While at the University of Tulsa College of law, Ms. Straily was a member of the honor fraternity Phi Delta Phi, served as an articles editor for the Energy Law Journal, and competed in the National Health Law Moot Competition at Southern Illinois University.  She was also active in the Law & Medicine Society serving as President and in the Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Society as Vice President.. Ms. Straily has been admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.. Ms. Straily also volunteers for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma and served as a board member for a local Federally Qualified Health Center.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family and volunteering.. Ms. Straily practices Social Security Disability, and has successfully represented hundreds of clients in front of Administrative Law Judges at Social Security Disability hearings.  Additionally, Ms. Straily has successfully appealed Social Security cases in the Federal United States District Courts.  She has assisted clients in estate planning needs including preparing wills, trusts, and living wills. Adam Scott Weintraub is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oklahoma and was president of the Legal Honors Fraternity at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Adam began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County. After establishing himself as a bright, energetic and zealous prosecutor, Adam was recruited into civil practice, defending insurance companies. Since then, Adam has worked with some of the largest insurance companies in the United States, and sued the others. Adam has tried cases all across Oklahoma, in State and Federal Courts.
