Chris Vaught was born in Cumberland, Maryland in 1976. He graduated from Stilwell High School in 1994 and initially attended Connors State College in Warner, Oklahoma. After transferring to Northeastern State University, he graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice under the Paralegal option. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.. Mr. Vaught is licensed to practice law before all courts and tribunals in the state of Oklahoma, and has been with the firm since 2003. The primary focus of his practice is in labor and employment law. Mr. Vaught represents employees in all manner of discrimination claims, including sexual harassment claims, as well as civil rights violations, Family and Medical Leave Act retaliation and discrimination claims, workers’ compensation retaliation claims, and wage and hour disputes.
