I have over 7 years of complex civil litigation experience, 5 of which I've been licensed to practice. I have practiced In both state and federal courts at the district and appellate levels. Caroline Shaffer is a Texas native, who prior to attending law school had worked as a paralegal in the Dallas area for three (3) years. She graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December of 2016. While attending the University of Tulsa, she was heavily engaged in moot court where she placed in multiple events and competed on the trial team. Shaffer received the prestigious award for The Order of Barristers. Shaffer also held multiple officer positions in various student organization including the Student Bar Association, Federalist Society, and TU Outlaws. During her time in law school, she had interned as a law clerk and gained experience in various areas of litigation including appellate work in both the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit. Shaffer also spent a semester working in the Community Advocacy Clinic serving clients of the Tulsa community who otherwise could not afford legal services, which included fighting for permanent protective orders on behalf of victims..
