Jason C. Messenger graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Messenger was also a member of the American Inns of Court, and was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll. Before obtaining a Juris Doctor, Mr. Messenger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.. Mr. Messenger is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma and Arkansas state courts. He is also admitted in federal district courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the bankruptcy court of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma and Arkansas Bar Associations and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association.. In 1981, Gary Richardson was appointed by President Ronald Regan as the United States Attorney. He served in this position until 1984. Upon the expiring of his term, Gary opened his own law firm.
