I grew up in a Detroit suburb before vacationing  for a few years with the U. S. Army where I achieved the rank of Sergeant, E-5.  My last duty station was Fort Ord, California which allowed me to fall in love with California and stay as a resident.  I pursued a Law Degree while working full time in a Research and Development setting and retiring after 32 years of service.. My non-legal interests involve travelling (including three european trips in four years) and spending as much time as possible with my four grandchildren, two daughters, and a significant other special lady..
