Adam H. In addition, the arbitration panel awarded Adam's client interest, attorneys' fees, and other damages.. Mr. Russ also performs a broad range of legal activities in areas complementary to his litigation practice, such as commercial and business transactions, including corporate formation, acquisition and governance, purchases and sales of assets, insurance agency and claims administration agreements, leasing and the purchase and sale of real estate, and estate administration and probate.  Recently, Adam represented a property and casualty insurer and reinsurer in connection with the sale, transfer, and reinsurance of another insurer's specialty property book of business to a managing general agent..
