At Brooklyn Law School (2002-05), which I attended on an academic merit-based half scholarship, I interned with Legal Aid's Juvenile Rights Division funded by a fellowship from the Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest, with the late Judge McLaughlin of the Second Circuit, the SDNY AUSA's Criminal Division, and the Brooklyn DA's Gang Unit. Following law school, I returned to the Second Circuit where I served as a Staff Attorney for 2 years. I began my career in the private sector at a mid-sized Wall Street firm in 2007, litigating complex commercial and insurance coverage disputes. I worked at the Law Offices of Alan S.
