Ms. Spinelli has been in practice with the firm since its inception. Prior to joining Pisanelli Bice, he worked with Jim Pisanelli and Todd Bice at Schreck Brignone through the merger and transition into Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Mr. Rickard has handled a variety of cases in both federal and state court, including contract disputes, landlord/tenant, fraud and misrepresentation, quiet title, and matters involving injunctive relief. He also spends a substantial amount of his time working on political and regulatory matters and statewide ballot initiatives. Mr. Rickard has worked on a number of matters before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rickard earned his undergraduate degree and law degree in Nevada. Before attending law school he served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer with the Mercy Housing Corporation in California. His volunteer work focused on providing affordable housing for low-income families and related social welfare programs. During law school, Mr. Rickard worked in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and was a student notes editor for the school's law review. In addition, Mr. Rickard worked as a tutor in the Center for Academic Success and Enrichment and as a judicial extern for The Honorable Jackie Glass in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.

Mr. Bice also represents the gaming industry's political and lobbying arm, the Nevada Resort Association, on legislative, election, and constitutional matters, and serves as outside general counsel to the Las Vegas Visitors Authority on similar issues. In addition, Mr. Bice represents governmental and quasi-governmental entities in civil rights actions and election matters, as well as on constitutional questions. Mr. Bice has tried numerous cases to judgment in both state and federal court.
