Nancy Harrison grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, minoring in Kinesiology. While there, she was on the Deans List, Honors List, a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, and ran both Cross-Country and Track. She earned her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Nancy was on the Deans List and interned with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.. Nancy is dual-licensed. She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in November 2010 and the California State Bar in July 2013.. From 2011 to 2015, Nancy was employed by the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office. While there, she served first as a misdemeanor chief and prosecutor, then as a felony and intake prosecutor. She handled thousands of criminal cases, including trials, plea bargains, revocations, and dismissals. She also worked on several CPS trials and countless protective orders. Due to the large amount of time spent working on criminal cases, Nancy fully understands the criminal justice system and the inner workings of the McLennan County District Attorney's Office. She has spent countless hours in the courtroom and will utilize her knowledge and experience to help you procure the fairest possible disposition for your case.

Mr. Johnson has broad experience representing individuals and businesses in cases involving property damage, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, condemnation and complex commercial litigation.Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as United States District Courts in the Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Johnson is also an adjunct professor at Baylor Law School, teaching arbitration and lecturing on professional responsibility. Formerly, Mr. Johnson was an engineering consultant for Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett-Packard in Houston, Texas.

Jeffrey Armstrong has a broad practice that includes business organizations, business litigation, probate litigation, and family law. As both a certified public accountant and an attorney, he is uniquely qualified to advise his clients on both transactions as well as litigation. Mr. Armstrong’s clients include municipalities and local governments, physician practices, local and statewide businesses, and various individuals. His practice is usually evenly split between probate/probate litigation, family law, and business law. Mr. Armstrong is able to counsel his clients on the vast majority of issues they face, whether it involves appearing at the courthouse, negotiating a beneficial contract or settlement, or on the legal and tax consequences of potential business decisions.. I've been blessed to find a career where I can indulge my passion...this time, a passion for the law. I love what I do and I look forward to coming to work each day. I started down this path by attending Baylor Law School in 1999, and I haven't looked back since.. I've lived in Waco now for 19 years, and I call it my home. My family lives back in Indiana, but my "kids" (my dogs) live here with me. I love the people and the atmosphere here in Waco. And I love the opportunities I have, on a daily basis, to help people make their life just a little bit better.. Although I took the roundabout way to my law career, the other positions I've held in my life have been one more step in preparing me to be the best lawyer I can be, both for myself and my clients. I look forward to meeting new clients and doing what I can to help make their day just a little brighter, their lives just a little calmer.

I was born into a thinking, working class family. My father, a great trial lawyer, is the smartest man I have ever known. My grandfather was the kindest man to ever walk the planet. He is a 30YR General Motors Union Man who never called in sick a day in his life. I thank them bought for teaching me to understand hard work.. I attended University of Texas and graduated Cum Laude in 2000. I stayed at the university and received a masters in early American studies. I went on to SMU law school and have been practicing since 2004. In my career I am proudest of three things. First, that while always practicing in family and criminal law I have never had a single bar complaint of any kind. I attribute this to always being available to clients and prepared at all times. Second, I went three years from 2010-2013 without a single adverse decision in a family law matter. That included two male custody jury trials and over twenty (20) live hearings on custody or support. Finally, while practicing on over fifty (50) courts and twenty (20) counties I have never been sanctioned or contempted on a single issue. I believe respect for courts and their personnel adds directly to my ability to help clients. In my entire career I have never been one minute late for any court appearance. Because of hard work and trial experience I am always able to help the people of central Texas. Being an honest lawyer matters.. My grandmother taught me to read early and I will forever be grateful to her for my love of language and words. To this day, I am a heavy reader and enjoy history and politics. While I love a good book and playing online games on my xbox1, I find it hard to stay indoors. I am an avid bass fisherman and a part time drag racer, many times winning Angler of the Year and qualifying number 1 in a true 10.5 drag race. I think life experience creates a sepcial ability to help others in real life situations.. Of all my accomplishments, the one of which I'm proudest happened in 2005 when Alicia Fanning became my wife. She is my best friend and a source of strength and inspiration.

I spend about 70% of my time working on appellate matters on both sides of the docket. I have handled cases in a wide variety of substantive areas, and have argued before the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit and most of the Texas intermediate courts of appeal.  I am currently working on a large group of civil rights cases on the Plaintiff's side, including claims against school districts for assualts on students by staff and peers, bullying by peers, and sports injuries that should have been avoided.

I represent citizens who have been accused of violating the criminal laws of Texas.  I have lived in the Waco/Central Texas area since 1991.  Prior to becoming an attorney, I did several things:  radio announcer, commercial roofing, registered nurse.  As much as I love all of the career paths I have followed, nothing excites me more than practicing criminal law.  I have been blessed with a great business partner, and talented attorneys and staff.  We look forward to helping you with any legal issues you may have.. I have been married for 19 years (all of the time to the same woman :) ) and we have one son.

I grew up in Waco and attended University High School, where my first mock trial got me hooked on the law.  Since then, I have worked towards advancing my education and my expertise.  I keep up with current events, and my main focus is justice and equality.

Chris Harris earned his B.A. at Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor at Baylor University Law School in 1997. He has been practicing law for over two decades and provides legal representation in criminal defense, commercial litigation, family law, estate planning and probate, personal injury, and wrongful death. Chris Bullajian graduated from Baylor University in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Bullajian graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 2004 and began his career in the Lubbock County District Attorney's Office. In 2006, he accepted a position as a prosecutor in McLennan County where he prosecuted cases from DWI to Capital Murder. He was named Felony Chief Prosecutor of the 19th District Court, and later promoted to Division Chief.. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Bullajian has been one of the leading instructors and speakers in Texas on various aspects of criminal law.

Born in Waco, TX, J.R. Vicha is a graduate of Axtell High School. In 2000, he graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, graduating with a class rank of first out of 757. Following college, he worked as a McLennan County Probation Officer from 2001-2002. In 2004, he graduated from Baylor Law School. While at Baylor Law, he was invited to join the Baylor Law Review, an honor extended only to those who are in the top 15% of their law school class. He served the Baylor Law Review as an Executive Editor. Following graduation from law school, he worked as a staff attorney at the Brazos River Authority from 2004-2006. While at the BRA, he practiced law in many areas including, water rights, real estate, oil and gas, municipal and contract law. In 2006, he was hired by then District Attorney John Segrest and immediately began handling both misdemeanor and felony cases. When current District Attorney Abel Reyna took office in 2011, J.R. was promoted to Chief Felony Prosecutor in Waco’s 19th District Court, where he served until his departure from the district attorney’s office in 2014.
