Stephen E. Scott has been the attorney for the Town of Pleasant Valley since 1989 and has served as the attorney for the Towns of Rhinebeck and Hyde Park and has served as Special Counsel and Bond Counsel for many municipalities. He is also Counsel for the Dutchess County Legislature and was appointed as Chair of the 2011 City of Poughkeepsie Redistricting Commission.
