Prior to attending law school, Mr. War spent fourteen years as a systems engineer for IBM's Federal Sector Division, Computer Technology Associates (CTA), and Orbital Sciences Corporation (OSC) working with various government organizations, including NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of the Army, and the United States Coast Guard. During this time, his roles included identification of user requirements, systems design, systems test and evaluation, field support, acceptance testing, and participation in various user groups.
