Phil is a nationally recognized bankruptcy expert having participated in bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy litigation in all jurisdictions in the suburban Washington, D. C. area and many jurisdictions nationally, including, most recently, New York and Louisiana.  Phil is the managing partner of Hughes & Bentzen, PLLC, a D. Attorney Christopher Hoge focuses on civil litigation in the District of Columbia and Maryland local and federal courts, and has developed expertise in the areas of legal malpractice and controversies between lawyers and clients, including fee disputes.
