Brad brings over a decade of experience to the practice of law. He represents and advises clients in consumer immigration matters. Upon graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael P. McWeeny and the Honorable Lorraine Nordlund of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. After clerking, Brad was a trial attorney with the Office of the Public Defender. In that role he represented clients Virginia trial courts, the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.. In 2012, Brad left the Public Defender’s Office to become a founding partner in the firm of Henson Pachuta & Kammerman, PLLC.
