Jennifer entered private practice after starting her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County where she prosecuted major felony cases in both the District and Superior Courts, and gained extensive trial experience.  During her tenure at the District Attorney’s Office, Jennifer successfully argued a case of first impression before the Supreme Judicial Court (Commonwealth v. Peace Chou) and successfully argued a case before the Appeals Court (Commonwealth v.
