David earned his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and then was a legal research clerk for the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.  Prior to embarking on his civil litigation career, David was counsel with the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services where he worked as public defender..
