Born and raised in Rumford (East Providence) Rhode Island, Brian Fogarty attended high school at the Mary C. Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island. Thereafter, he attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute for electrical engineering. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with distinction as a Bachelor of Arts (English) in 1993. He went on to attend the Roger Williams University School of Law where he graduated (Juris Doctorate) in the top ten percent of his graduating class. A CALI Award recipient and a Dean’s Scholar throughout his law school tenure, Attorney Fogarty was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
