I have also served as an arbitrator in many cases. Prior to going into private practice, I held positions at the American Law Division of the Library of Congress, Captain JAGC in the United States Army, legal Department of Dupont. I also received a Ph.D in law from the University of London. My Ph.D thesis was published as a book,Inside Justice, by Associated University Presses (USA, Toronto, and London). I am a native Delawareean, thus, a loyal Blue Hens fan. My office building is on the National Register of Historic Places. I have developed a great interest in historic preservation and have been involved in historic preservation litigation on behalf of clients. I have been married to Sonia for 47 years, have two children, Anne-Melanie and spouse Michael, Bill and spouse Charmaine, and two grand children, Michael and Robynn.
