He served as Co-Chair of Governor-elect Deval Patrick's Transition Committee in 2006.. Mike joined the firm, then known as Bowditch, Gowetz & Lane, in 1968, following his graduation from Duke University School of Law, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 1968. He was admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1970.. Mike has been a partner of Bowditch & Dewey since 1973.
