Following his mission, he attended the University of Idaho and received a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with an Emphasis in Business and Spanish in 2007.Jonathon met his wife, Katie while attending school in Moscow and after completing his B.A. he was hired as a real estate managing executive for a luxury home development in Twin Lakes, Idaho. He and his wife purchased their first home in Post Falls and found that community to be a wonderful place to start their family. After 4 years of real estate management, Jonathon was inspired to pursue a law degree and was accepted into the University of Idaho College of Law.Motivated to accelerate his education, Jonathon was given special permission by the Dean of Students to complete Law School early by assuming extra heavy classloads. He graduated with honors and a Juris Doctorate of Law in 2012. He was also the first law school graduate with a “Business Law Emphasis.”

I began my legal career as a prosecutor for Canyon County handling hundreds of criminal cases at a time. I have an enormous amount of courtroom experience due to this. Whether was is a jury trial or a court trial, I did it all as a prosecutor. Then I switched to being a civil prosecutor for Ada County. I drafted contracts, litigated civil cases on behalf of the county, and learned the intricacies of how the law applies to local governments. I also began my career in employment law with Ada County. I filed documents with the Idaho Human Rights Commission and conducted interviews with county employees trying to discover any misconduct that could expose the county to risk.. I have now decided to take the next step in my career and open my own practice. JKM Law Group, LLC is dedicated to personalized legal services with great communication. Bill joined White Peterson in September of 2010 after graduating from the University Of Idaho College Of Law. In law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief for the Idaho Law Review, organizing the editing process for three editions of that publication. Bill also served as a summer legal clerk for the Seventh Judicial District of Idaho.. Prior to law school, Bill graduated from the College of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics, and Spanish. He then worked for two years in the Idaho Office of the Governor, where he served under three consecutive Idaho Governors.. Bill speaks Spanish fluently, is an avid mountain biker, and enjoys running, hunting and Krav Maga. Bill lives in Nampa with his wife Sarah and son William.

After growing up in Idaho Falls and graduating from Idaho Falls High School, Megan attended Idaho State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business.  After completing her undergraduate studies, Megan attended law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. Megan joined the firm of Beard St. Clair in 2015 after practicing at another firm in Idaho Falls since 2011.  She enjoys practicing in several different areas of the law, including business and corporate law, intellectual property law, family law, and estate planning. She currently serves as current President of the Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre and is passionate about mentoring youth in the performing arts. In her free time, Megan loves to spend time with family and friends and is involved in local theatre, music, and dance.

Ted is a litigator and has been trying cases in Kentucky to juries for almost 20 years.  These days Ted handles mainly business litigation (breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes), employment (wrongful termination, sexual harassment etc) and personal injury (wrongful death, brain injuries etc).  Ted has been married to Liz Walton, a substance abuse counselor and occupational therapist, since 2001.  They have two outstanding sons who attend Jefferson County Public Schools.
