Benjamin Zicherman was raised in Berkeley, California.. He attaneded Tulane University in Louisiana, and then Pace School of Law in New York.. When Benjamin is not in Court defending his clients, he enjoys cooking and glass blowing.

I graduated from Golden Gate School of Law in 1990.  Passed the California Bar exam on the first attempt and started working for a general legal practice law firm in San Francisco, CA. I am licensed to practice in the Federal Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I've litigated cases through the State Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals successfully. In 1993, I opened my own law practice in Oakland, CA with emphasis on criminal defense and civil litigation.  I continue to represent clients in both Federal and State Courts on every type of criminal accusation such as murder, sexual assault, drug trafficking, domestic violence, DUI, kidnapping, identity theft, fraud, and all other felonies and misdemeanors.. I am what is considered a "lawyer's lawyer." I live, breath and love my profession and advocating for my clients.
