I took a brief hiatus from full time law practice while I owned and ran businesses in Gatlinburg. Upon my return to full time practice, I discovered a passion for Criminal Defense and devote much of my practice to this. I am a Rule 31 Listed Family and Civil Mediator and Bankruptcy Practitioner (Chapter 7).  I still enjoy General Practice as it adds variety and diversity to what I do. I still draft contracts and agreements of all sorts and some Wills and Trusts.  I began my career in Family Law with Adoptions, Divorces and Custody cases and continue to take a few, as time permits, in light of my Criminal Practice.. “Just another day in paradise.”
