Justen Imsande was born and raised in Minnesota. He graduated from Winona State University in 2011 and from University of Saint Thomas – School of Law in 2015. Justen knew he would be working in the criminal justice system since he was young. He confirmed that criminal defense was the right practice area for him when he started working for Sieben & Cotter as a student law clerk in 2014.. Since being admitted to the Minnesota Bar, he has been active in the courtroom and in the office behind the scenes. In the courtroom, Justen handles various pre-trial hearings and assists with contested hearings and trials. At the office, he devotes his time to researching and writing on legal issues, motions and memorandums of law. Justen’s dedication and knowledge of the law has helped the team obtain many case dismissals and not-guilty verdicts in serious criminal cases.. Outside of the law, Justen has been serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard since 2011. In his seventh year of service he has served as a platoon leader, battalion personnel officer and is currently a tactical intelligence officer for the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 194th Armor Regiment.

Attorney Alexander W. Rogosheske earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Before attending law school, he played professional hockey in the ECHL for two years. During his career as a hockey player, Alex developed and strengthened his understanding of the importance of working as a team to achieve a shared goal. Patrick grew up one of ten children in a multi-racial family in Austin, MN.  Patrick went on to become a successful two sport collegiate athlete competing in both Football and Track & Field at the University of St. Thomas and graduated with honors in 1997.  He went on to recieve his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2002.  Patrick's passion for providing the highest-quality assistance to individuals in their time of need is deeply engrained in him from his life experiences with his own family, along with valuable experience gained as a law clerk for the public defender's offices in both St. Paul and Mankato.  Patrick has gone on to become a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Patrick is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has handled cases in several States.  Patrick takes great pride in providing personal and expert representation in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury cases.

Rebecca A. Waxse is originally from Kansas City but moved to Minnesota for law school and has made Minnesota her home. She graduated from Hamline Law School in 2006 where she was the Articles Editor of the Journal of Public Law and Policy. Since graduation from law school she has worked in the areas of criminal law, family law, and juvenile law. She is passionate about the practice law and working hard to protect her client’s rights.
