Born and raised in New Jersey, I attended Denison University as an undergraduate in Ohio and then went to Valparaiso University in Indiana for my law degree. I came down to Charlotte in 1995 and fell in love with a growing city and beautiful weather. I started with Prudential Securities as a Financial Advisor and earned my Series 7 as well as other financial certifications. I find that it was this experience in the financial industry that differentiates me from many other attorneys who handle white collar crime and investigations. After Prudential, I joined the public defender's office in Mecklenburg County until moving into private practice in 2001. I have built a reputation in state and criminal law but in recent years have expanded the practice to include personal injury, workers compensation claims, domestic matters and other civil disputes. I run a growing practice that covers many counties and areas of practice. However, what I am most interested in is being the place that you come for advice when you need it for matters concerning, yourself, your family and your business. Give me a call, I can help.
