Mr. Boyer eared his Juris Doctorate at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and is licensed to practice law in the state of California. He is a member of the California State Bar, the American Bar association, and the Los Angeles Country Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, in Seattle Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Comparative Religion and Political Science.

I am the daughter of a Guatemalan immigrant and a former Peace Corp volunteer, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish as a result. I represent immigration clients in both courtroom and non-courtroom proceedings. I am passionate about sharing my clients' stories so they can live in the United States.

John attended law school at the University Nebraska - Lincoln (UNL) College of Law.  Between his first and second years of law school, John pursued law courses in Guanajuato, Mexico, at the Universidad de Guanajuato.  After returning from Guanajuato, John served as a Spanish/English interpreter for the UNL Civil Clinic, and also began working at the Wolzen Law Office as a law clerk.  Upon graduation, John was offered a position as an associate attorney.. John is admitted to practice law in South Dakota and Nebraska.  He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of South Dakota, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
