During her time at Emory, Alejandra was involved in various organizations, including the Immigration Law Practice Society and the Latin American Law Student Association. Within the Immigration Law Practice Society, she held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President of the organization. She was also a staff editor of the Journal of Law and Religion..
