In 2012, Neal earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Samford University’s, Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, Neal was a member of the top ranked Cumberland School of Law National Trial Team, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ) National Trial Team. Moreover, he received several awards including the Scholar of Merit Award in 2012 and Dean’s List from 2010-2012.. Upon Graduating from Law School and passing the Alabama Bar Exam, Neal served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Sarah Stewart with the Mobile County Circuit Court. Neal joined Greene & Phillips in December 2012 where he focuses his practice primarily on automobile accidents, premise liability, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and workers compensation claims.. When not working, Neal enjoys playing sports, watching football, and spending time with his friends and family.

Mr. Cross graduated from Auburn University in 1985, with honors, and from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1989. He was Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review, and was a member of Bench and Bar and Phi Delta Phi. He also was selected as a member of both the National Trial Advocacy and ATLA Trial Teams.Mr. Cross achieved national recognition while attending the University of Alabama School of Law. He was the recipient of the 1989 American College of Trial Lawyers Award for Most Promising Trial Lawyer.He began his legal career as an attorney with Starnes & Atchison (now Starnes Davis Florie LLP) in Birmingham where he had the privilege of learning from some of the finest defense lawyers in the State of Alabama.Mr. Cross has been a trial lawyer for 20 years. He has substantial experience representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts and has achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements for his clients in a broad range of cases. He has handled over 600 cases resulting in verdicts and settlements in excess of $85,000,.Mr. Cross has represented clients in state and federal courts in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. He represents plaintiffs in various types of cases including wrongful death, trucking litigation, drug and medical device litigation, toxic exposure, products liability, nursing home neglect, insurance fraud and bad faith, automobile accidents and work related injuries.

Mr. Cross graduated from Auburn University in 2000 and the Birmingham School of Law in 2006. While attending the Birmingham School of Law, Mr. Cross served as a law clerk for the firm.While working as a law clerk he was particularly instrumental in the preparation of Terry v. YMCA of the Shoals, CV 2003-288, Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Alabama. The Terry case involved the tragic drowning death of a five year old boy who was attending a Vacation Day Camp at the YMCA of the Shoals. Plaintiffs contended that the child drowned as a result of negligence by the YMCA’s aquatic and childcare staffs. The YMCA contended that the child’s death was an unavoidable accident. A Lauderdale County jury awarded the plaintiffs $2,500, when the case was tried. The verdict was the second largest jury verdict in the history of Lauderdale County.Mr. Cross represents plaintiffs in various types of cases including wrongful death, trucking litigation, drug and medical device litigation, toxic exposure, products liability, nursing home neglect, insurance fraud and bad faith, automobile accidents and work related injuries. He is currently coordinator of the firm’s toxic exposure cases.
