Mr. Fairchilds grew up in Virginia and obtained his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 2002. He attended law school at The University of Memphis School of Law where he was a member of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. After graduation in 2005, he served as litigation associate at a defense firm and as general counsel at Sports Floors, Inc. Mr. Fairchilds practices in the areas of automobile accidents and workers' compensation litigation and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Fairchilds is a golfer but also supports our Memphis sports teams, the Grizzlies, Tigers and Redbirds. He also enjoys participating in competitive food events, such as chili cook-offs and hot wing festivals, which benefit a wide variety of charities.
