Upon forming his own firm in 2003, Marc devoted his practice to civil and criminal matters, finding that passionate defense work was how he best served his community.. In 2010, after building a distinguished reputation through trials, along with his work, his skills of persuasion and tenacious style in the courtroom, he caught the attention of Hollywood. Marc became the inspiration for the character Pete Kaczmarek (portrayed by Jerry O'Connell) in the CBS primetime television drama "The Defenders." Jason Maier is a founding partner of the law firm Maier Gutierrez Ayon. Johnathan Leavitt is an attorney in the Richard Harris Law Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Leavitt is a fourth-generation native of Las Vegas, and grandson of the late Nevada Supreme Court Justice Myron E. Leavitt.. Mr. Leavitt earned a Bachelor’s in University Studies with dual Minors in Political Science and Business Law from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He attended the University of Idaho College of Law, where he fast-tracked to graduation in 2.5 years, earning his J.D. with an emphasis in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Originally from Michigan, Nick received his undergraduate degree from Merrimack College in Massachusetts, where he played Division-1 ice hockey. Tristan F. Rivera is a founder and an injury attorney for the Rivera Law Group.  Tristan does not just have experience like most other attorneys. He has experience that matters..
