He is the author of Construction Law and Mechanics’ Liens in Arizona, published annually by Professional Educational Systems, Inc. (1980-2006). He served as Judge Pro Tempore, Superior Court of Arizona in the County of Maricopa from 1980-1990. From 1981-1989 he was a member of the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance Revision Committee.

My name is Kalyn Behnke. I graduated from Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law in 2018. I had an "A-" average and was in the top 30% of my class. After passing the bar exam and becoming licensed, I obtained a position at the Attorney General's Office. I am now an Assistant Attorney General in the Transportation Section of the Attorney General's Office. My primary specialization is condemnation.
