Sims is known by his colleagues and clients as an aggressive trial attorney who has litigated a wide variety of claims in state and federal courts. He has over two decades of experience litigating professional negligence (medical malpractice and legal malpractice), product liability, and catastrophic injury cases in both state and federal courts.
