Jim is a career civil trial lawyer with 30+ years of experience in civil litigation in federal and state courts in Northern Colorado and Wyoming. Robert T. Hinds Jr. is the founder of Hinds and Hinds Family Law, P.C., formerly Robert T. Hinds, Jr. and Associates. Bob was born in Jamaica, New York, and attended Drew University. He relocated to Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in 1967, and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1968.. Bob distinguished himself as a bright young attorney immediately. He was appointed to serve as a county judge in Jefferson County at the age of 30. He dedicated himself to family law in 1972 and was among the first to specialize in family law in Colorado and has focused on this area of law since. Bob is a regular lecturer on family law and presents four to five times annually between the Family Law University of Continuing Legal Education, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Colorado Chapter and through the Judicial Education Liaison Committee of the Academy which I chair.  Bob gives presentations to judicial officers, particularly to those that are newly appointed to the general areas of family law.  Bob is past President of the Family Law Section, the Arapahoe Bar Association, the Metropolitan Interdisciplinary Committee, and the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Bob continues to limit his practice to family law.  And, along with his son and partner, Rob, produced the Colorado Domestic Relations Forms published by Lexis Nexis for a number of years.

Cindy Castillo is a board certified criminal law specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Dennis was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1950 and graduated from Wabash College (B.A. 1972, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and law school at Washington University in St. Louis. (J.D. 1975).. He relocated permanently to Arizona after law school and immediately began practicing workers’ compensation law.  He was certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in workers’ compensation in 1980 and has represented thousands of injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Arizona since then.. Dennis is a contributing author of the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Handbook, Chapter 12, “Exclusivity and Third-Party Liability” (1992) and was the chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Commission to the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
