With over 20 years in the legal profession, I have had the opportunity to work with great people and businesses.  My experience spans from litigiation to transactional cases...from complex civil litigation to complex criminal litigation....from business formation to mergers and acquisitions.  I have represented multi-national companies and government entities, while making time to also provide pro-bono services to many in my community.  My unique understanding of the many cultures within our community also gives me the insight needed to be an effective mediator.  I have successfully mediated numerous cases, from simple contract disputes to complex multi milion dollar claims. I also take time to teach these skills to other lawyers and mediators.  Despite all of these accomplishments, my true treasure is my family. I have been practicing law for more than 25 years. I practice out of the firm’s office in Linwood, New Jersey, and use my background in business and taxation to the benefit of both businesses and individuals. I help business clients in all aspects of planning, structure and operations including formation, complex tax matters, tax-free reorganizations, foreign business ventures, asset or equity sales and purchases, commercial relationships, real estate transactions, financings, and licensure. I have gained a reputation as a fierce advocate for my clients and my clients have come to rely upon me in handling general litigation matters. I advocate for clients in a variety of Municipal Court matters, Criminal Court Matters, Family Court Matters, Probate Matters, as well as both Federal District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court matters.

As a solo practitioner with wide and varied litigation experience I am an attorney who can either represent you in Court or in a business or real estate transaction. Counseling clients to stay out of Court while not being afraid to go to Court provides value to my clients.. As I transition into helping more individuals with their personal issues with family and estate planning issues I bring that trial experience to helping people understand why they want to avoid the Courtroom.. I live here locally, raising my two children and enjoying the great outdoors with my wife when we can. Other interests include reading historical or crime fiction novels, biking, golfing and following various sports.
