I am a member of the firm’s Health Care, Business, and Litigation Groups. I help my clients deal with fraud and abuse prevention, regulatory compliance, and employment arrangements. Prior to coming to Chambliss, I worked as a litigator in both Georgia and Tennessee. This experience enables me to not only advise my clients in general corporate matters, but also to continue to represent their interests should a particular matter advance to litigation.

I am a member of the firm's Business and Real Estate Sections.  I focus my practice on corporate law, commercial real estate, family business transactions, business planning and mergers and acquisitions.  I serve on the firm's government affairs, marketing and innovations committees.  Prior to joining the firm, I was a business owner, investor and advisor, focusing on business turnarounds, family business transactions and private equity.

I have represented business clients of all sizes ranging from local retailers and real estate agents to manufacturers and national recording artists . My practice is focused on all aspects of business and contract law, including forming business entities, drafting and negotiating business and real estate agreements, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, and prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving contract, employment, construction, property, and other business related disputes. I regularly assit clients in forming businesses, selling businesses, resolving disputes among business owners and employees, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of business activities, and real estate transactions.  I also devote a portion of my practice to zoning and real estate law.
