Commercial real estate development from a property in its raw state through acquisition, development, and sale comprise my primary area of practice. My practice includes acquisition, permitting, construction, leasing, financing, syndication, title and sale of real property.  It is my goal to offer my clients creative approaches for each transaction in which I provide representation.  I am a former member of the Sharon Planning Board and Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals as well as of the Dover Housing Partnership, so I understand both sides of local permitting issues, and I appear on behalf of clients before Zoning Boards, Planning Boards and Conservation Commissions.  I am currently Chairman of the Dover Zoning Board of Appeals.  My clients include developers, corporations, institutions and small businesses.  I have been a licensed multiengine commercial pilot since 1981, and I also assist clients in aircraft acquisition, financing and sale.

A long time local to Tacoma, I graduated from Wilson High School. From there, I went on to the University of Washington and later to Gonzaga University School of Law.  I enjoy rooting for both the Huskies and the Zags, but it can be bit tough come basketball season in the chance they play each other.  I live in Gig Harbor with my wife, Lisa, who is also an attorney, and our two sons.
