Ryan J. Dougherty’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including business disputes, real estate disputes, and employment disputes. Ryan has experience representing multi-billion-dollar financial institutions in complex business litigation relating to a variety of legal issues, including but not limited to, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secret information, unfair competition, and FINRA rule violations. Ryan also has experience representing hospitality companies in land disputes, employment law, and franchising.
