I started my legal practice with a large, multi-specialty firm in Manchester, NH in 1991.  In 2006, I moved to the Tampa Bay, Florida area, but continued to work remotely for my NH law firm.    I moved to Bradenton, FL in 2017 to join the Blalock Walters firm.  I practice business law and health care law.  I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, as well as with businesses in the health care field (including physicians, dentists, and other healthcare providers).  I advise business owners on all kinds of issues, including entity formation, shareholders agreements, LLCs, buy/sell agreements, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.  With my health care clients, I assist with regulatory matters such as Stark Law and Anti-kickback Statute compliance, HIPAA compliance and the purchase and sale of health care practices and facilities.

There are only 450 attorneys in Florida (out of more than 105,000) who have achieved Board Certification in Real Estate.. In addition to Board Certification, I am also an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Real Estate Development.  I am proud to say that I am the only attorney in Southwest Florida who has earned an LL.M. and a Board Certification in Real Estate.  Finally, I have been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine for the past two years.. I've attended three of Florida's major univeristies:  Most recently, I earned my LL.M degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.  I also graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University College of Law with my Juris Doctor and Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts.   In addition to my law pratice, I am also an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University teaching Real Estate Transaction Law.  However, I am a Florida Gator at heart!

Julia Goncharova currently practices in the area of estate planning. Julia graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. During her time in Jacksonville, Julia worked with the Immigrant Rights Clinic representing indigent individuals in immigration court. As a member of the Florida Bar, Julia worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 5th and 20th Judicial Circuits, where she served the citizens of Hernando and Collier Counties. In 2020 and 2021, she was selected for inclusion in the Naples Illustrated Magazine’s Top Lawyers award in the area of Trusts and Estates.

I am an associate at Knott Ebelini Hart and concentrate my practice in the areas of business, commercial collections, civil and commercial litigation, construction, and contracts. I also assist clients in real estate matters and am an approved title insurance agent for Attorneys’ Title Fund Services.  I am a Fort Myers native and received my undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and myJuris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. During law school, I worked as a law clerk for the firm. I have worked on matters ranging from small claims to state and federal court matters at the trial level.

If he were to live in a different era, Triston would choose either the 1940s/50s for the music and style of gentlemen, or 300 years into the future.. Triston cites his parents as his biggest inspiration. “Without fear, without hesitation, and without complaint they did the impossible to make sure my siblings and I are where we are today,” he explains. “Whenever things got tough, whether that be midterms, a football game or track meet in HS, a tough personal situation, or the Bar Exam, I would always hear them say ‘you’re a Dallas’ as if to tell me I have everything I need to succeed. They weren’t wrong.”
