For 5 years, he counseled his client and company management on a wide variety of legal issues, including administrative actions, commercial litigation, employment and labor litigation, personal injury litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Reagan had primary responsibility for handling all administrative proceedings on behalf of FTS International and routinely dealt with federal and state agencies (EEOC, DOT, MSHA, OSHA, TCEQ and TWC).. Reagan managed FTS’ defense on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, workers’ compensation retaliation, equal pay and contract claims. He routinely rendered legal advice to FTS’ human resource professionals and company management on employment issues, including handbook and policy issues, employee misconduct, and leave and accommodation administration..
