Jim and Steve moved their practice to Baxter in 2003. Steve has been actively involved in litigation for over 15 years having prepared and presented cases to judges, both at the trial court level and the appellate level, and juries and arbitrators in matters involving commercial contracts, property owner contractor disputes, real estate litigation involving boundary disputes, easements, property purchase and sale, automobile accidents, and family law issues involving divorce, child custody and support.
