In the past I have represented multi-national homebuilders against class action drywall contamination claims, assisted numerous clients with complex breach of contract claims, tried insurance coverage and damage claims, and represented hundreds of businesses in economic loss claims after environmental disasters.  In addition to litigation, my general business practice includes setting up new businesses, drafting contracts including service and licensing agreements, and filing copyright claims to protect intellectual property rights.. If bringing a lawsuit is necessary, I will work tirelessly to fight for your cause.  Through the initial filing of the suit, discovery, trial, and even appeal, I will keep you updated on the status of your case and what you should expect in the future.  And even though I am a trial attorney by trade, I know not every dispute is best solved through litigation.  If a settlement can be reached without a lawsuit, I will work towards crafting an agreement that makes you whole again.. Mr. Richards’s practice concentrates on business and contract litigation, construction defect, employment law and consumer law.. Mr. Richards relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada from Salt Lake City, Utah in 2003.  Prior to practicing law, Mr. Richards served in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 until 2003.  He participated in Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Iraqi Freedom as a non-commissioned officer with Fox Co. 2nd Bn, 23rd Marines.  Mr. Richards also worked in the construction industry for several years, both before and after his service in the United States Marine Corps, building single family residential production homes in Las Vegas, Nevada and custom homes and award winning home show houses in Salt Lake City, Utah.. Michael S. Alires assists clients in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors throughout formation and organizational development.  As a Nevada native, Mr. Alires went to law school with the intention of helping Nevada businesses and nonprofits flourish and focused his studies on issues affecting them.  He has helped clients form Nevada benefit corporations and achieve tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.  Mr. Alires has experience working with nonprofit Directors and Officers to best effectuate organizational goals.

Erik Fitting graduated Magna cum laude from National University, San Diego California with a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Finance. He then attended the University of Oregon School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate, with special Certifications of Completion in the areas of both Business Planning and Estate Planning . After earning his JD, he obtained an additional LL.M. (Master of Law) in Taxation from tthe University of Washington. He is currently licensed in the states of Nevada and Oregon (inactive). Prior to attending University and Graduate School, Erik Fitting obtained his licenses with the National Associations of Securities Dealers, the California Department of Insurance and California Real Estate License.
