As part of the overall business and exit strategies, she has negotiated multi-million dollar federal and foreign government contracts, teaming agreements, strategic agreements, and asset purchase agreements. In addition, she has counseled clients on corporate governance matters such as risk management practices, the adoption of policies and procedures, and effective training programs. She has overseen government audits and instituted policies and procedures to streamline compliance functions. Within several years, the firm expanded to serve high-growth technology companies. In 2015, she began to work exclusively with one of her clients, Nobel-nominated Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG) as VP of Finance and Development and lead in-house attorney for risk management and legal matters. In 2019 she joined the Association of Certified Commercial Cannabis Experts (ACCCE), a pre-revenue company in the ancillary commercial cannabis sector that educates risk management professionals, as General Counsel and VP Finance. She founded Nazzaro in 2022 to serve entrepreneurs, growth businesses, and those in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors.
