Alexis M. To assist companies in minimizing risks and litigation exposure in the employment arena, my practice also includes substantial advice and counsel work to management in such areas as wage and hour laws, establishing and enforcing employment policies and procedures and assisting in pretermination evaluations. I also assist companies in conducting compliance with federal and state employment laws and am an active lecturer on a variety of employment topics..
