I am a partner at Cloud, Willis & Ellis, LLC. I get involved in matters, disputes, and lawsuits whenever money is owed and not paid when due. A significant portion of my practice has involved complex matters (on both the transactional and litigation sides), landlord/tenant enforcement actions, real estate litigation and bankruptcies.
