Bill continues to serve his community in numerous ways, including serving as a member of the board of directors for the Kings County Fair since 2003, initially being appointed by California Governor Davis, and later reappointed to the board by Governor Schwarzenegger.  Since 2005 Bill has continuously served on the board of directors for the Lemoore High School Foundation for Educational Excellence, which supports and services numerous scholarships and academic programs for students of Lemoore High School, his alma mater.  Bill is a member of  the Kings County Bar Association, where he served four consecutive terms as that body’s President.  Bill is also a board member of the non-profit organization ‘AmeriCymru,’ the Nation’s largest Welsh-American association. He is the current president of the Lemoore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  In 2011, Bill was inducted in to the Lemoore High School Hall of Fame, based upon his professional achievements and numerous community service endeavors.  In 2011, Bill was honored by Fresno State, being named as one of the "100 Most Distinguished Alumni" from the Arts and Humanities Dept., in the school's 100 year history.  Bill also sits on the Board of Directors for Fresno State's Advisory Board.

Being the son of one of the most respected trial lawyers in Memphis, I knew that I too wanted to be a trial lawyer from a very early age. In my professional career, I have specialized in trial work and have had the opportunity to try lawsuits in Federal Court, Immigration Court, General Sessions (both civil and criminal) Court, Chancery Court, Criminal Court, and Circuit Court.. I handle all types of trial work  including criminal defense, personal injury, immigration, contract disputes, and business litigation.. Although I was born and raised in Memphis, I learned Spanish as a second language while I was in college. After obtaining my license to practice law, I have been blessed with the opportunity to represent the Hispanic community in the Memphis area. Although there are other lawyers in the Memphis area that represent the Hispanic community, I am one of a very few that actually speak Spanish. More importantly, of the lawyers that speak Spanish in the Memphis area, I am the most experienced and have the most diverse law practice.

Keith A. Hammond was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1963. He graduated from high school in 1981. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology. Mr. Hammond received his Juris Doctorate in Law from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1988. He has been an attorney in Flagstaff, Arizona since 1988 and formed the Firm, KEITH A. HAMMOND, P.C. in Flagstaff, Arizona in June of 1990.. Mr. Hammond primarily practices in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal defense. Andrew P. Baratta (Andy) is a partner in the firm. I am a Criminal Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona and I have been practicing law for 30 years.  I teach other attorneys how to challenge illegal searches. While some attorneys like to advertise that they are "former prosecutors," I am proud to say that I have NEVER been a prosecutor! Prosecutors usually have the evidence on their side so being a defense attorney takes much more ingenuity, preparation and skill..
