Edward J. Lentz is President of the Firm and Chair of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Administration group. I am the third generation of Noonans to practice at our family firm.  My grandfather began the practice, which now includes my father, mother, aunt, and myself.

I am passionate about serving others. After careers in the military and federal government, I pursued a law degree while working as a senior consultant to the federal government.. My daughter, Ashley, is a special needs person and has been a great influence in my life. As Ashley grew older, it became apparent that my wife and I would need to carefully plan for Ashley’s future. Like many parents, we had no idea where to start and fumbled our way through the system. That experience played a large part in my decision to practice law and help families with their estate planning and other legal needs.. We first moved to Prince William County in 1997 and are proud to call Dale City our home.. I graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. In addition to the mandatory coursework, I focused my studies on Arbitration Law, Elder Law, Estates and Trusts, Family Mediation, and Bankruptcy Law.

During that time I was fortunate enough to work in the White House office of Correspondence. I attended Duquesne University School of Law focusing my time learning about laws relating to wealth creation and preservation. I began clerking at this law firm in my second year of law school and have been working here ever since.
